Previously served as Deputy Manager at Radisson Hotel Old Town Riga (Astor Riga), leading operational strategy and customer service excellence, and as Creative Director at Aterno Ltd., developing brand positioning and market innovation strategies. 

Holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and an LL.M. in Law from both the Riga Graduate School of Law and the University of Latvia.
